In an earlier post, I spoke about being happy should be the starting point, not the end result with your goals. Be happy now, not later.
Recently, Terence Chang has launched a new blog called Smiles That Make My Day, and this blog can indeed help make our day and be happy by simply posting new pictures of smiling people. Just as yawns can be contagious, so can smiles.
This might be the new thing to replace LOL cats!

Hi Al, if we simply smile when we see others we can cheer them. I often watch to see a sour face suddenly smile back. Smiles make a difference!

Hi Robyn - I know what you mean… I also like to see when someone with a sour look on their face suddenly smile when someone smiles at them.
I remember hearing that it takes more muscles to frown rather than to smile. Too bad that alone doesn’t make more people smile.
